Project „All you need is… talk”

The modern world demands effective communication both in interpersonal relationships and teamwork. Therefore, the project focuses on increasing efficiency in this area. The goal of the “All you need is… talk” project is to develop communication skills among individuals working with young people.

Through the project, participants will gain knowledge and skills in:

effective interpersonal and group communication,
recognizing and consciously using non-verbal signals,
conducting negotiations and resolving conflicts,
building trust and effectively supporting young people,
developing leadership skills and inspiring youth.

The project will contribute to improving the quality of work of those engaged in youth activities and to creating an environment that fosters open and effective communication.
